Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking empathic and patient individuals to join our team as Bank Support Workers. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living in our supported living service in Hemsworth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with care and support needs, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in their local community.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities of their choice, such as cinema, shows, gym, and pub lunches.
  • Work closely with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Male applicants who hold a full UK driving license (no need for a personal vehicle).
  • Patience, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to others.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and determination.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
