Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Maryport. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
