About the Role

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe environment.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is £15.18 per hour on weekends, with opportunities for overtime and paid training. Additionally, you will receive paid travel time, mileage reimbursement at 38p per mile, and a refer-a-friend bonus of £250.

Job Description

As a Support Worker, your duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Maintaining a safe and clean living environment

You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans and ensure that each individual receives the best possible support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license
  • A DBS check (which we will facilitate)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
