Sales Consultant

At Bellway, we're committed to building a culture that values diversity and inclusion. We're seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Durham Division's Sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
The role involves maintaining the site's presentation, ensuring accurate information is available, and guiding potential purchasers through show homes and stock plots. You'll also be responsible for maintaining records, liaising with customers and solicitors, and attending weekly Sales/Site Meetings.
Key qualifications include experience in face-to-face sales, GCSE Maths and English, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You'll also need to be IT literate and able to work independently and as part of a team.
