Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Guidance: Provide emotional support and guidance to hostel occupants, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety procedures are explained and adhered to within the hostel, promoting a safe and healthy environment for all.
- Communication: Provide relevant information to all visitors to the hostel, ensuring that they are aware of the hostel's rules and regulations.
- Liaison: Liaise with Housing Officers where appropriate to meet client needs, ensuring that support is tailored to individual requirements.
