About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our team in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to children and young people with cancer and benign haematology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the clinical pharmacy service in the face of emerging challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe delivery of systemic-anticancer therapy.
  • Proactively influence prescribing within a secondary care environment.

Requirements

  • Master of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience working in a patient-focused environment using knowledge and skills to improve patient care and promote optimal outcomes from medicines.
