Job Description
You will be responsible for managing cask levels, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and supporting sales reps in negotiating supplier pricing. Key tasks include identifying leads for the Telesales team, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills in phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
