Job Overview

Spark Foundry's Paid Social team is a key component of our Performance Department, working closely with our performance disciplines to deliver a holistic and integrated marketing strategy. Our goal is to 'bring performance into the heart of media,' driving business growth and innovation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute best-in-class campaign activation across Paid Social channels for our key accounts, including Miele and Clarins.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Account Director to lead client communication and expand the Paid Social footprint.
  • Ensure the Paid Social strategy is executed, from implementation to optimization and reporting, with a focus on delivering strong results.
  • Manage daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Audit accounts regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Support the Account Director on client meetings as needed, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Develop media plans and provide spend forecasts, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Create detailed reports and analysis to showcase performance and drive business decisions.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time, adhering to our financial processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital media, preferably from an agency-side background.
  • Active experience activating and planning Paid Social activity with a direct response (DR) focus.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications are a plus.
  • Any digital media experience, including freelance or personal projects, will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
