Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Europcar Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume branch and drive sales growth while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Manage and develop a team of frontline staff to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.
    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and experience, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage branch budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Strong sales and revenue growth skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and experience.
  • Operational Management
    • Strong operational management skills, with the ability to manage branch budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
