Asset Management Specialist

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for the front-end valuations process, disposals, and residual risk book management within our Asset Management function.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of asset finance and a proven track record in managing complex portfolios.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and reviewing under appropriate governance, which may include external support, depreciation curves relevant to the main asset types which the business funds.
  • Providing an appropriate valuation for assets for new transactions where depreciation curves are not appropriate.
  • Maintaining and managing an appropriate panel of valuers/external database providers for sources of valuation information used in underwriting transactions, in life management and recovery situations.
  • Maintaining and managing an appropriate panel of Sub Hire Audit/Asset Inspection agents and ensuring ongoing management and review of audit schedules, managing the outcome of reviews, and taking remediation action as appropriate.
  • Maintaining and managing an appropriate panel of agents to be utilised in asset recovery and sale situations.
