Mariposa Care Group is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents, and we are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
Responsibilities:- Coach and mentor junior staff members to improve their performance and promote a positive work culture.
- Support residents with their daily living needs, including personal care and medication management.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone who is passionate about care and has experience working in a residential setting. The salary for this position is approximately £26,400 per annum (based on 30 hours per week at £12.94 p/h) plus £500 in recognition payments during your first year with us.
