Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our Client Service Centre team. The successful candidate will provide service delivery support to Print Services customers throughout the UK, specifically providing service level management & reporting, data analysis & trending and billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service and support to Print Services customers.
  • Produce management information and dashboards to support service level management.
  • Audit and maintain asset databases to ensure accurate billing.
  • Collate and validate service data for billing purposes.
  • Support Commercial Managers with the preparation and upload of billing data.
  • Support Delivery Account Managers with the preparation and delivery of service review packs.
  • Support Helpdesk Managers with service level management.
  • Act as an escalation point for customers.
  • Adhere to Client/Xerox standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivery of quality customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup etc.), PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage workloads.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies and/or experience of IT helpdesks.
  • UK Passport.
  • Candidate will be required to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) for this role.
  • Knowledge of Xerox and/or managed print companies, products and services.
  • Experience of working to Service Level Agreements.
  • Billing analyst or administrator experience.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL) and reporting tools (e.g. MS Report Builder).
