The Interface Recruitment UK team is seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Specialist to join their Service Delivery Department at the Group Office in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent technology graduate to join an innovative house building company with an exciting vision for further expansion.

The successful candidate will assist the Service Infrastructure Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of service to the company are maintained and improved upon. Key responsibilities include maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, ensuring hardware is fit for purpose, and performing disaster recovery operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a valid UK driver's license, and a willingness to travel as required. Experience of administering Windows Servers and Office 365 is desirable. The ITIL 4 framework is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
  • Ensure hardware is fit for purpose and operates according to service levels.
  • Perform disaster recovery operations and assist in maintaining the disaster recovery strategy.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and replace faulty network components when required.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and perform cost analysis for standard equipment.
  • Ensure the standard is maintained across the company in accordance with governance policies set.
  • Oversee and respond to support requests within SLAs.
  • Recommend improvements and oversee implementation of network and security hardware and produce a business case to sponsors.
  • Produce dashboards and monitor performance of the department and be proactive in detecting common trends.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new ITSM tool.
  • Be on the on-call rota for weekends and as required.
  • Create user accounts and set up new equipment.
