Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands Bakery. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in food preparation and serving

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings
