Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results. If you have team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail and feel ready to step into a managerial role, we encourage you to apply.

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we desire candidates to be available between these hours. However, we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
