Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our loyal customers.
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and other tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability goals. If you have team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail and feel you are ready to step into a managerial role, we encourage you to apply.

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we desire candidates to be available between these hours. However, we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
