Cooplands Team Leader Job Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless store operations and customer satisfaction
* Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high store standards
* Participate in food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
* Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

**Requirements**

* Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail with a willingness to step into a managerial role
* Availability to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm, with flexibility to accommodate individual needs
