We are a dynamic company, Victory House, seeking a skilled Night Guest Service Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The Night Guest Service Manager will be responsible for leading our night team, ensuring that all night audit procedures are followed, and providing general customer service to our guests. This includes reception duties, such as check-in and check-out, answering telephone calls, and addressing any guest requests.

We are looking for a positive and driven individual who is excited to be part of a fun team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office role in a similar property and possess excellent communication skills.

As a Night Guest Service Manager at Victory House, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that is passionate about innovation and creating unique experiences for our guests.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring that night audit procedures are adhered to as per company standards.
  • Completing hotel security walks and addressing any H&S or Fire Safety issues.
  • Carrying out company evacuation procedures in the event of a fire alarm.
  • Leadership and management of the night team.
  • Providing general customer service to ensure that every guest is satisfied with their stay.
  • Reception duties, including check-in and check-out, answering telephone calls, and addressing any guest requests.
