Life of a Night Guest Service Manager at The J Marylebone Hotel
You will be responsible for the running of the Reception shift during nights, managing guest expectations and delivering great guest satisfaction. This includes checking in and out, processing accurate billing and cashier duties, as well as leading a team of great individuals. As Duty Manager on a rota basis, you will be required to act with great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that you care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience as a Nights Reception Supervisor or Guest Relations Supervisor
- Experienced in handling guests' queries and complaints
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
- Flexible working arrangements, including a range of shifts and days
