Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Orthodontics UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the hub, executing sales, marketing, and clinical education strategies to achieve Net Sales and CM targets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in achieving sales and profit targets as a Sales Manager. You will be highly analytical, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and synthetic priority management. Fluency in English is essential, as you will interact closely with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual business plans (P&L Budgeting and Forecasting) and implement monthly reviews to ensure alignment with Net Sales and CM targets.
  • Implement the Go-to-Market process using the Selling Machine Model framework, focusing on new customer acquisition and efficient segmentation.
  • Drive integrated sales, marketing, and education plans to deliver superior customer experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA clinical marketing team to develop and roll out local courses, events, and services, nurturing key opinion leaders and partner relationships.
  • Lead organizational change efforts, leveraging a data-driven, co-creation mindset to drive business growth and transformation.
