About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Services Coordinator to provide exceptional beverage services and occasional food services across our sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and teamwork skills, be friendly and professional, and have an impeccable appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality beverage services and occasional food services to customers.
  • Ensure that customers have a wide benefit from high-quality hospitality in the form of friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional levels of service delivery.
  • Comply with legislative requirements and policies when operating the RPC Bar or working at Events.
  • Ensure that drinks and food are served to the specified standards and that payment is taken and processed for all drinks and snacks.
  • Undertake specified cleaning tasks and complete the cleaning schedule as required.
  • Ensure that opening, operating, and closing procedures are in line with the Standards Manual or such guidance as may be issued from time to time by the Resident Services Manager or the Operations Director.

About You:

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a customer-facing role and excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Previous experience in a Hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
