We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join our team at DS Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health or learning disability services, with a minimum of 3 years' experience post-registration. They will be a trained mentor with clinical supervision experience and a proven track record of continued professional development.
The role will involve assisting the Ward Manager in providing day-to-day management and supervision of the ward, implementing best practice, and supporting changes within the service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical direction of the service and will contribute to service improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,014 - £43,313.92 per annum DOE, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus and enhancements. If you are a motivated and experienced nurse looking for a new challenge, please apply with your CV for consideration.
