Visionary Leader

We are seeking an experienced Principal or senior school leader to join Orbital Education Ltd as Regional Head of Schools, supporting the delivery of high-quality education and driving educational improvements across the Group.

This is a new post to support expansion and will work alongside other established Regional Heads of Schools, collaborating closely with Principals to support school development and ensure the Group delivers outstanding outcomes.

The Regional Head of Schools will sit on the Governing Board of a designated number of schools, overseeing the delivery of quality management systems, delivering on key performance indicators, and facilitating the sharing of best practice.

Substantial experience working in an international school environment is essential, along with the ability to make successful use of data and drive specific initiatives to support the integration of new acquisitions.

Spanish language ability to a professional working level would be a distinct advantage.

As a key member of the senior executive team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and have a proven track-record of driving educational improvements and enhancing academic performance.
