Job Description: Teaching Assistant - SEN Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Teaching Assistant - SEN Support, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and group support to students with additional needs in a secondary school setting.

Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in delivering lessons to students with special educational needs.
* Provide individualized support to students with ASD, ADHD, and physical needs.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Passion for supporting student success and well-being.
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
