Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to our team's success in delivering high-quality services. Our focus is on APIs and front-end systems, and we require someone who can adapt to our agile development principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with experience in API testing and test case management. They will be responsible for working closely with development and business teams, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning, and executing test cases to identify defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse requirements documentation to identify testing needs
  • Develop and execute test cases, reporting defects and defining severity and priority
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Communicate issues and blockers effectively
  • Carry out regression testing during release cycles

Requirements:

  • Experience in software quality assurance
  • API testing experience desired
  • Knowledge of REST API testing tools and test case management software
  • Comfortable working with Linux Command Line and SQL Server queries
