We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Services team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional services in the Curriculum Management Team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an officer to university committees, working groups, and panels, providing specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement quality assurance policies and processes to ensure standards are met, and develop, maintain, and review records and documentation.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of workshops and events, and update and distribute quality assurance handbooks, documentation, and guidance.
- Research issues and formulate policy options for consideration by senior officers and committees of the university.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days starting annual leave, generous pension contributions, travel ticket loans, and additional leave over the Christmas period.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with the option to job share. We also offer an agile working policy, allowing you to work remotely up to 3 days per week with the agreement of your manager.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a good standard of secondary education, reflecting good literacy and numeracy skills, and experience of work in administration and quality assurance.
