The Jonathan Markson Tennis Clinic is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a highly skilled and experienced Academy Head Coach to lead and motivate our coaching team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and leading the clinic, setting and adjusting daily content according to player level, and providing support on the court to players and coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the coaching team to deliver high-quality coaching sessions
  • Organize and lead the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication
  • Set and adjust daily content according to player level, ensuring a challenging and engaging experience
  • Provide support on the court to players and coaches, offering guidance and feedback as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Coach or equivalent role in a tennis academy or coaching environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of tennis coaching principles and practices, with a focus on player development and improvement
