Ark Victoria Academy is a brand new, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school located in Ealing. We opened our doors in September 2021 and are committed to delivering a highly challenging curriculum in a calm and purposeful environment with great teaching, outstanding behavior, kindness, and respect for all our students.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academy Head of Coaching to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that religion and philosophy remain at the heart of our curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellence for students from all starting points and will be committed to Ark's ethos of high expectations for every student in both academic achievement and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Embed the school vision and support the development of an outstanding school that empowers our students to take responsibility and drive their own destinies.
  2. Ensure that religion and philosophy remain at the heart of the curriculum.
  3. Manage behavior effectively to create a positive, calm, and purposeful climate for learning.
  4. Combine subject matter expertise with a passion for teaching your subject.
  5. Be reflective about the Academy and committed to securing its continued development.
