About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our religion and philosophy department at Ark Victoria Academy. As Academy Head of Coaching, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our students receive a world-class education that prepares them for success in all aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with our school's vision and values, focusing on religion and philosophy.
  2. Embed the school's vision and values in all aspects of the curriculum, ensuring that students develop a deep understanding of the subject matter.
  3. Work closely with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and academic achievement.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education for our students.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the wider community to promote the school's values and mission.
