About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academy Head of Coaching to join our team at Ark Soane Academy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success and growth of our school.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Embed the school vision and values across the curriculum, ensuring that religion and philosophy remain at the heart of our teaching and learning.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive student achievement and progress, working closely with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of education.
  3. Lead and manage a team of coaches and teachers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the success of our students.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to curriculum development and implementation.
  5. Contribute to the development of our school's policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our vision and values.

Ark Soane Academy is a brand new, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school located in Ealing. We are committed to delivering a highly challenging curriculum in a calm and purposeful environment, with a focus on great teaching, outstanding behavior, kindness, and respect for all our students.

We are part of Ark, one of the UK's most successful school groups, with a network of 39 schools across the country. Our school is growing rapidly, with a current student population of 540 and a planned capacity of 1,020 students by 2028.
