Job Title: Part Time Academy Goal Keeping Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Academy Goal Keeping Coach to join our team at Colchester United Football Club.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level coaching sessions for our Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase goalkeepers, as well as matchday duties and individual learning plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching sessions for goalkeepers in the Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase.
  • Assist with matchday duties for goalkeepers in the Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase.
  • Contribute to individual learning plans for goalkeepers in the Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase.
  • Provide input on the retain and release process for goalkeepers in the Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of player data using Kitman Labs and other systems.
  • Maintain a high level of accountability and responsibility for safeguarding at all times.
Requirements:
  • UEFA B coaching award essential / A Licence desirable.
  • UEFA B GK Licence aware essential / A Licence desirable.
  • Advanced Youth Award.
  • First Aid for Sport.
  • DBS check.
Person Specification:
  • Hard working.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Passion for working with young people.
Salary:

£30 per session. £40 per game.
