Educating for the 21st century requires innovative approaches to philanthropy. We seek an accomplished fundraising strategist and community engagement expert to drive our new strategy forward.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive fundraising plan to support our charitable foundation and growth initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  2. Proactively research and apply for funds and grants to bolster our work in under-resourced communities, fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Closely collaborate with colleagues to shape the delivery of our community engagement strategy, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Support school principals on their fundraising needs, cultivating a culture of philanthropy throughout our network.

This role involves some remote working, with an expectation of regular attendance at our Trust office and visits to our schools at least once a week.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation.
