Making a Positive Impact in Young People's Lives

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Youth Development Specialist to join our Partner School in Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and students to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to students with SEN, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assisting students with daily living tasks and providing emotional support when needed.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Must hold an enhanced DBS registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience working with individuals with SEN/disabilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: £34,500 - £43,000 per annum (£85 per day).
