We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Care and Support team at Niyaa People Ltd. This role centres on providing essential support to young families.

Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young parents. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate the delivery of support services to young parents, including advocacy, case management, and benefit assistance.
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and external agencies to enhance service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • An understanding of the challenges faced by young parents and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
