We are looking for a Bar Team Member to join our team at The Eaton Oak. As a Bar Team Member, you will be the front line in our pub for our customers, ensuring that everyone has the best experience and customer service. You'll be an outgoing, warm and confident individual who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.


Your duties will include:

  • Responsible for greeting customers and taking food and drink orders
  • Making recommendations that delight our customers
  • Serving excellent quality food and a fantastic range of drinks
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at all times
  • Working as part of a team to create a friendly atmosphere our customers will love


We are looking for someone with energy, passion and motivation, a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task. Experience is preferred but most importantly we need you to show us you understand great customer service. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible and unsociable hours is also essential.
