Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong IT skills and adaptability to working with relevant software and business management packages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000.
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8am and 10am.
