Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team at Connect Appointments. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging with new and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Conduct B2B sales, acquire direct clients, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships, build strong partnerships, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to boost revenue, engagement, and overall business performance.
  • Outbound Sales: Conduct targeted outbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Contact Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date contact database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Client Follow-ups: Conduct regular client follow-ups, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Representation: Represent Connect Appointments in client meetings, events, and other business engagements.
Requirements:
  • Proven Success: Demonstrate proven success in a B2B sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Sales and Business Development: Possess a passion for sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Key Skills: Be self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Experience: Have previous telesales experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
