Asset Manager Job Opportunity

Trevett Services is partnering with a leading Building Services and FM provider to find an experienced Asset Manager to work on their Static MOD site in the Salisbury region.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours of work per week, offering excellent career benefits and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with project teams to identify assets for onboarding and ensure accurate information is available.
  • Collaborate with lab users to resolve issues with undelivered assets lacking data recording and labeling.
  • Record and verify serial numbers, model numbers, PAT numbers, Oracle requisition numbers, and PO numbers to ensure Maximo data accuracy.
  • Load asset data, manufacturer details, and schedule maintenance in liaison with Operations Engineers.
  • Monitor outstanding maintenance routines and highlight problem areas to the Equipment team.
  • Manage the equipment numbering system and issue Equipment/Asset Labels.
  • Conduct critical spares assessments, including sourcing prices from suppliers, receiving quotes, and delivery times.
Essential Experience:
  • Proven ability to resolve customer problems within specific contracts.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or processing industries, with a background in GMP environments, is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Excel spreadsheets, with overall good IT skills.
  • Preferably from an FM/Engineering background.
