Office Services Team Leader Position

Job Title: Office Services Team Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to oversee the operations of our London-based office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day services, including Reprographics, Post Room, Archives, and Stationery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team to achieve agreed targets and expectations.
- Ensure the workload and team are staffed correctly.
- Conduct and manage onsite training needs.
- Monitor staff attendance and timekeeping.
- Manage absence and cover for the team.
- Liaise with operators on workflow, deadlines, and problems.
- Conduct team meetings and 1-2-1 sessions.
- Support the Operations Manager with annual and interim reviews.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a people management/team leader role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to operate at all levels within the organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills.
