We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team in supporting a non-verbal young person with complex needs. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the young person receives the highest level of care and support, including participating in activities such as swimming, trampolining, and equine and hydrotherapy.

You will be required to work closely with the young person's existing support team and participate in regular team meetings to discuss the young person's progress and plan for future developments.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
