We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now in Edmonton.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with non-verbal students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and contribute to their educational and personal development. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to students, help them engage with the curriculum, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting students with ASD in a school setting.
  • Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Adapting learning materials to meet the needs of each student.
  • Fostering a safe and supportive classroom environment.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  1. Experience working with children with ASD, particularly non-verbal students, in a school setting.
  2. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting children's individual needs.
  3. A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for helping every child reach their full potential.
  4. Relevant qualifications in education, special educational needs, or a related field are desirable.

**Salary and Benefits:**
