About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. As a key member of our Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and diagnose errors and faults to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to manage new services, decommission existing services, and implement defect management.
  • Deliver technical changes to live services and participate in site acceptance testing.
  • Work with the Product Management team to drive continuous product improvement based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of public safety technologies and experience in first and/or second-line support in an enterprise/cloud-based environment.
  • Computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system experience and incident management and problem resolution experience.
  • Microsoft operating platforms, including Microsoft cloud-based services (Azure), and Microsoft SQL Server deployment and management.
  • WAN/LAN hardware, configuration, and management, as well as Microsoft MTA or MCSA, Juniper, Cisco, and Dell qualifications.
  • Azure fundamentals (AZ900) and security and compliance (SC900) qualifications, as well as virtualization (ESXI/HyperV/Virtualisation) experience.
