Job Opportunity: Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at IPS Group. As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying process optimisation opportunities in Underwriting and working closely with Onshore underwriting teams to support activities, including BPO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance Underwriting operations
  • Collaborate with Onshore teams to ensure seamless support and BPO activities
  • Design and implement operating models for non-UW activities
  • Establish resourcing models for UW support services
  • Ensure benefit and prioritisation frameworks align with gathered requirements
  • Apply improvement methodologies to drive process optimisation
  • Create process maps, RACI, and other necessary collateral
  • Implement optimised process controls for sustainability
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations
Requirements:
  • Experience in P&C Insurance, specifically in Quote-to-bind process
  • Knowledge of operating models end-to-end
  • Underwriting experience, preferably in On/Offshore environments
  • Full UK right to work without restriction
