Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at IPS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying process optimisation opportunities in Underwriting and working closely with our clients to drive process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process optimisation strategies to improve Underwriting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Onshore underwriting teams to support activities, including BPO
  • Design and implement operating models for on/offshore supporting non-UW activities
  • Establish resourcing models for UW support services, including project timelines and resource allocation
  • Ensure benefit and prioritisation frameworks align to gathered requirements
  • Apply well-regarded improvement methodologies to drive process optimisation
  • Develop and maintain process controls to ensure sustainability
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in P&C Insurance, specifically in Quote-to-bind process
  • Strong understanding of operating models and end-to-end processes
  • Experience working within an underwriting capacity and on/offshore environments
  • Full UK right to work without restriction
