About the Role

Brandon Trust is seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, that suit your lifestyle.

Our support is centered around the values, preferences, and needs of the individuals we support, which may include developing daily living skills, accessing the community, and managing personal care and medication needs.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, paid sleep-ins at £60 extra, and full training to gain the nationally recognized Care Certificate.

Time to complete training is paid, and we cover the cost of DBS checks.

Rota's are planned in advance, and you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team.

Additionally, you will receive a thank-you payment for successfully recommending a friend to join us.

Key Responsibilities

You will empower the individuals we support to live the lives they want to lead, develop daily living skills, and support them to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.

You will contribute to, develop, and implement the individuals' care plans, communicate effectively and professionally with the individuals, their family members, and external professionals, and maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
