About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of support plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and agencies to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
