Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales professional to lead our sales and marketing team in driving growth and expansion within our target markets.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, leading a high-performing team, and collaborating with the senior management team to shape the business's direction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SME MSP sales, specifically with 20-150 user organisations, and possess excellent leadership skills, commercial acumen, and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and expansion within target markets.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with the senior management team to shape the business's strategic direction.
  4. Contribute to long-term planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven record in SME MSP sales, particularly with 20-150 user organisations.
  • Evidence of successful leadership of high-performance teams, particularly in new logo wins, setting commission plans, and driving results.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with skills in crafting compelling proposals.
  • Sound judgment and commercial acumen across complex sales scenarios.
