Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial and Operations Director and lead the marketing function, responsible for planning and implementing the company's marketing campaigns and materials.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and execute the annual marketing plan and PR strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- To drive customer-centricity throughout the organization and manage the PR Support Contract.
- To design and produce marketing and publicity materials, including the website, app, and roadside marketing.
- To identify opportunities for Welsh language use in promotional materials and conduct English to Welsh translations as required.
- To collaborate with external suppliers for marketing materials and publications.
- To undertake additional responsibilities, duties, and ad-hoc project work as required.
- A proactive individual with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- A hands-on approach with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Welsh language is desirable but not essential.
