Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our commercial team at Cardiff Bus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and maintain our website, app, and roadside marketing materials
- Collaborate with external suppliers to create marketing materials and publications
- Identify opportunities to promote the Welsh language in our marketing efforts
- Translate English to Welsh as required
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure effective marketing campaigns
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in marketing and communications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Welsh language (desirable but not essential)
