Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our commercial team at Cardiff Bus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers and agencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify opportunities to promote the Welsh language in our marketing materials
- Translate English content into Welsh as required
- Assist with the design and production of marketing materials, including our website and app
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Welsh language is desirable but not essential
